Training That Changes How Your Organization Thinks About Risk.

What the Training Covers

Most safety training teaches people what the rules are. This training teaches people how to think about risk — how to recognize high-energy hazards, how to evaluate whether controls are actually working, and how to use learning to drive improvement. It’s practical, field-relevant, and built around the work your people are actually doing.

Operational Learning Training — Two Days

A comprehensive two-day program covering the fundamentals of operational learning, how work actually gets done vs. how it's imagined, SIF prevention, and critical control management. Includes prep and materials. Available for teams and working groups.

Leadership Working Session

A facilitated half-day or full-day session designed specifically for leaders. Focuses on how leadership decisions create conditions in the field and what leaders can do differently to support learning and reduce serious risk.

Learning & SIF Assessment

A one-day on-site engagement that combines observation, conversation, and analysis to assess how your organization currently learns from work — and where SIF exposure is highest. Includes preparation and synthesis. A natural starting point before deeper training.

Ready to build your team's capacity to learn?
